1. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Local Courier Services: Next days 
- For Register mail : approx 2-3 working days ( We apologize that we can only able to send out on saturday )
- For Non register mail : approx 2-3 working days
- For Overseas : We will update you full details after payment is received

2. What is the shipping cost?
Within SINGAPORE -Normal Mail : SGD$1.00 per order
-Registered Mail : SGD$3.24 per order
-Local Courier Delivery (Door-to-Door) : SGD$6.00 per order
We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail/damaged by normal postage .Registered mail or local courier is highly recommended.

3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order by next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock. In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled.

We are apologize that not able to responsible for any dissatisfactions of the quality of the product.
Before sending out our orders, we will ensure that the items are best condition, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange for items sold .

Yes, as long as payment not done, please email us at
bentoberries@gmail.com and indicate your product code. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. We will not be able to amend any orders once the items have been shipped.

4. Did I notified the product is out of stock even I have submitted the order?
We process the order on a first come first served basis, item will be shipped to orders that has confirmed a payment. We will refund to you if the product is out of stock when you have later confirmed your payment.
